The Rundown: Slade must embrace the power within him to save his brother.
The bug armies have begun their assault on Slade’s brother Sydney. Their coordinated attacks are going to eventually kill him as Slade finds himself talking to the ghost of his father. As he learns more about the amulet and its power from his father, he is given a choice. One that will sacrifice his brother to learn more about the power within him.

Slade makes his choice and suits up to take on the bug armies with the power of the amulet. While his mother emerges to help her son, Slade swoops in to break up the battle alongside his new allies. As the battle comes to a close, Slade uses the power of the amulet to help his brother and return to his human size. A plan that will bring him home, but also leave the land open to a potential new threat.
The Story: Aaron brings this arc to a thrilling conclusion. The action is fantastic and I love the progression of the story and its characters. I really enjoy the lore being created in this series and Aaron does a fantastic job of engaging the reader with the politics of the world and the struggles of the characters within it. I really love the conclusion of this arc, where it leaves the characters and what it teases in the final few pages of the issue.
The Art: Asrar delivers stunningly detailed art throughout the issue. The visuals are stunning and are filled with great moments of action.
